Occupational Health Nurse
Occupational Health Nurse – Luton
2 days a week | Permanent
Location: Luton
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be required to deliver comprehensive occupational health services at the client’s well-established Luton clinic.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting pre-employment medicals, health surveillance, audiometry, and driver medicals
- Managing your own caseload and organising clinic appointments
- Overseeing administrative duties and maintaining accurate clinical records
- Working autonomously while benefiting from a supportive team
Essential Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in Occupational Health nursing
- Current audiometry qualification/certification
- NMC registration
- Strong organisational and independent working skills
- Excellent IT literacy
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary up to £45,000 FTE (pro-rata) – depending on experience and qualifications

- Option to add a third permanent day, focusing on admin/managerial tasks (e.g., team oversight)
